Hits Connect

I’ve been looking for away to track my web stats and online sales for a very long time. I usually just used Google Analytics to do all my tracking. However it lacked the ability to track what types of advertisements where making sales for me.

I did some research for about a week or so, and stumbled upon a little program called Hits Connect. After looking at their website I found that they do exactly what I was looking for. Not only do they allow you to track which of your advertisements are generating you traffic, they also allow you to track which of your ads are generating sales for you.

As we all know tracking your traffic and sales is a very key part of running a successful business online. If you are not tracking your traffic stats, and where your sales are coming from then chances are you are probably wasting money. This is one of the main reasons I decided to give Hits Connect a try, and so far so good.

I will admit that when I first logged into Hits Connect it looked a little confusing, and I was unsure of what to do. However they had a video that showed you step-by-step how to set everything up. I watched the video 2 times just to get a good understanding of how things work, and now it’s like second nature to me.
